The reception staff was terrible, I parked in the underground carpark and all the reception staff cared about was the 12euro payment. after paying i didn't get a recpite as I personally had no VAT number. When i asked where my room was the answer i got was "round there"

Alles zag er straks en verzorgd uit. Aan de kamer en grotendeels van de service geen feedback nodig, was top! Alleen jammer dat ze niet iets van een barretje hebben waar je nog een drankje kan drinken later op de avond. Tip; zorg voor een goed werkende en aangevulde automaat als je die aanwezig is. We vroegen namelijk om een icetea en kregen een redbull. Ook kon er niet voor een wijntje of een rose gekozen worden omdat hij aangaf geen wisselgeld te kunnen terug geven. Terwijl hij dat bij andere producten wel gewoon deed.
