Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We had an apartment and the porches were not so clean. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We got the feeling that they are there just to assist us and they did. Amir, Loubna and Paulina just made our stay excellent.

We had an excellent time while staying in this hotel for 6 nights. Staff was amazing. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. Without derogating any one else we must praise Amir, Loubna & Paulina that patiently tried and solved all the issues we raised and did their outmost to make our stay pleasant and joyful. We had an apartment. Very very specious, comfortable with good amenities. Only problem is that apartments has no air conditioning so on the hottest day we took a very well air conditioned room and Amir did it for us on the best possible way. Location was great and no doubt next time we are coming back to this hotel.

The rooms were so spacious and luxurious. Having a refrigerator in the room was very helpful. The staff was very accommodating to all our weekend needs.

Ideal hotel if you’d like to be slightly out of main Antwerpe shopping centre, easy to walk too but a bit far if you wish to see old town. The reception staff were lovely but the breakfast staff were quite rude and asking to have a table cleared so you can actually eat your breakfast seemed like you were asking way too much! Beds were comfy and the room was good, hope this review helps your decision….

Hotel is tired, communal areas were a bit scruffy. Given a room next to the lift which was quite noisy. Seemed to be a lack of staff, longish waits for reception and bar service.

Large, clean and tastefully decorated room with plenty of amenities and even an unexpected separate kitchenette with appliances! Friendly and helpful staff. Online check-in sped up the process.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. This is an older building though so the facilities are not the most modern. Also the hotel is a bit removed from the central station area, in an enclave and so it was challenging to find closeby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Keep this in mind if you prefer to be more centrally located.

The lobby and our hotel room was very nice. Our room was very spacious and really nicely decorated. The breakfast in the hotel however did not live up to our expectations, The food was not being replenished, nor was the selection of what they offered impressive. Not enough staff around at breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay.
