This property is very clean and the family room we rented was very spacious. We had room to spread out and feel comfortable. The hotel is very, very close to the train station which is very convenient, especially when we had a very early morning train to catch. I thought the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Beautiful location, extremely convenient! The view from our room was incredible! The four person option with the pullout bed was a little tight! The room space was amazing, but the bed option for the second bed was just a futon like caught. Luckily, my kids were so jetlagged. It didn’t matter. But probably not the best option for a long-term stay.

Service was ok until checkout when counter staff insisted that I had 2 mornings of breakfast (you can check the CCTV) and not 1.
After informing her of my itinerary where I had no chance of having breakfast except for once, she accepted it . However the charge for 2 breakfast x14.90 still went ahead. Please confirm the refund for euro 14.90.

Hotel is old, outdated and smelled like cleaning products. The towels had stains on them. The room was freezing cold and the heat was barely working (even after I complained to the front desk). Only redeeming qualities to the hotel were its location, room size and hot shower.
I stayed in the Novotel next door and it was much better (room is bit smaller though). Suggest skipping this one and stay in the Novotel since they’re in the same price range.

The property was in a prime location to arrive at the Brussels Centraal Station (5 min walk), the Grand Place (10 min) and to take in the city (15-30 min walk to almost everywhere).
The rooms are as pictured. There are restaurants and shops outside the hotel entrance.
The staff were friendly, accessible and took great care of their guests.

Great staff and very helpful
Salad at breakfast was old and vegetables looked perished
The hot water kettle had so much limescale (a customer opens the top to see if there was any water and we saw the inside. Not cool)
The room;
- the shower hose was leaky and needs to be fixed
- the smell of fresh paint on floor 3 and also at the reception was annoying
- the toilet paper role holder was broken (non existent ).
I like the location but wouldn’t stay there unless the hotel would shape up a little

Comfortable hotel right in the centre of Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Great for a weekend break. We had a suite for 3. Sofabed for 3rd traveller which was low down but ok.

We had a spacious junior suit for myself, wife and daughter. Enough room for us and our luggages when unpacking then packing prior to departure.
Had a Nespresso coffee machine which was perfect for my early morning walks.
Dining options around the area is plentiful.

I really enjoyed my stay even if it was only for one night. There is an underground parking besides it, that is very convenient. The view from my balcony was nice. Stores and restaurants are with in walking distance.

The location is perfect. If you dont mind the crowd noise on a busy night, its in a perfect location. If youre a light sleeper, I would recommend one of the rooms towards the back of the hotel. Easy access to the train station. Its a 5 minute walk. Staff was super friendly. Both receptionists were amazing at helping out and recommendations. Great hotel and would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation I have would be for them to make a nice lounge area. It seemed like they are doing some remodeling so maybe thats in the works.

This hotel provided a lovely three day getaway with great amenities. My balcony room overlooked the square and had a great view. I enjoyed having the window open to see the activities outside, but when closed it was quiet enough for my room to be restful. The room and bathroom were immaculate and bed extremely comfortable. It was one of the few hotels I could find that had a bathtub as well. I enjoyed the selection of tea and coffees in the room and the included breakfast each morning was incredible in its vast choices and quality. On a return trip I would not hesitate to stay here again.
