The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to tourist attractions, shopping centers, train stations, and many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in Novotel. The location was ideal as it was close to Grand Place, restaurants and shoppes. We also loved the breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Aries, the bartender for the excellent customer service.

While the property and location were good, the room was very uncomfortable with it being so hot. I shared with staff and they asked if I called and say something but since it was middle of night we were to exhausted to call.

Overall great location. Nice, clean hotel. No issues recommending. Only reason for the 1* check in was, having cycled there on a charity ride from Brugge, in blistering heat, asked for a tap water, which was next to reception & man serving me told my son & I that we could get water from our room! Girls on check out were superb. So just that one miserable encounter
