WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic.

We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc.
We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast).
Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great too and loved the fact the windows opened half or full to balcony ( safe for the kids)
Also loved the parking free on site and also that the hotel were quick to lend us an iron.
The coffee machine in our room didn’t seem to work but again didn’t bother us as we got it at breakfast anyways.
Only thing I’d say is to get rid of the play area in the dining hall for kids - the parents just use it as an excuse to leave their kids in there to make a huge load of noise whilst they sit right round the corner not bothering to watch them.

Amazing hotel and facilities. The only issue this week was the room service in one night did not arrived and I had to ask the reception to remove it from the bill

The security/receptionists let themselves into my room while i was asleep on 2 consecutive nights. The first was for a noise complaint (i was asleep with no TV on) the second was for smoking which i wasnt. I travelled here for work from the UK and was up at 6am in the morning. It was clear someone was smoking and making noise in a room on the corridor but I was told by the "head of security", who let himself into my room when i was asleep, that he was allowed to do so as he suspected it was me by mistake.
Other than that the facilities and rooms were nice and the other staff were lovely.

Buolding work carried out in areas of hotel. A room opposite mine noisy as construction work being carried out. Had to request change of room. Fire alarm kept on going off 3vey evening and the again 02:19, 03:10 and 04:10 Monday and Tuesday night
So bad had to check out early .

Excellent Hotel near Seneffe . Handy for main roads.
Shopping centre / supermarket across the road to pick up forgotten things.
Hotel is in very good condition and staff are very good.
Excellent facilities. Sadly little chance to use them due to business being pressing.

At checking was not welcomed, was rather put down by the person at the reception. I understand I was early for checkin, coming from the USA you do not really have a choice. The way that lady spoke to me was very unprofessional.The hotel did not even show any accommodations to help me or to take my luggage as I had to wait 4 hours to get a room. Restaurant food was ok but one night we had steak we where 3 at a table and all our streaks where over cooked. Again we complained but no excuse was presented or anything and this was after we waited 45 minutes fro our food.

The hotel is easy to access, there is an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. The general parts of the hotel are fine.
The rooms are clean but need renovation (old style decoration). I heard that renovations are ongoing in the executive rooms so they will probably get to the standard rooms afterwards.
The outdoor pool is "heated" but it actually isn't heated. I asked several times and the staff said that they can't do anything about it since it's the weekend and the responsible person is not there (which I found strange given that weekends are very busy times, especially for the pool!).
The biggest disappointment in this hotel is the staff. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. We sat at the restaurant terrasse for 15 minutes before someone brought us the menu but did not bother to clean the table. Then we spent at least another 20 minutes calling for them. At one point one of the waitresses said "I am coming" and did not show up for the next 15 minutes. At one point, I had personally go into the restaurant and make remarks to the waiter to get him to come and finally clean the table and take our order. Overall, the staff are polite but very unprofessional (the issue with the outdoor pool and the unpleasant experience in the restaurant).
