尼韦尔 - 南范德瓦尔克酒店

Very clean, convenient, close to the main highway , the breakfast is great, fresh produce, a lot of choices and everything was delicious, a real treat to start the day. The beds were comfortable. I definitely would recommend it.

Wir hatten die Hochzeitsuite, welche sehr schön war. Minibar mit Getränken, Knabbereien, Schokolade etc war dort incl. In der Anmeldung wurde Checkin ab 14:30 Uhr bestätigt, leider war sie erst 15:30 Uhr bezugsfertig. Das war ärgerlich. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag, was wir dem Hotel im Vorfeld auch mitteilten und baten um Tischreservierung im Restaurant.,Das Restaurant ist sehr groß und sehr laut, man kam sich vor wie in einer Bahnhofhalle. Enttäuschend war, dass uns nur ein kleiner Tisch in schlechter Lage zugeteilt wurde. Wir hatten für den Anlass einen schöneren Tisch z.B am Fenster erwartet. Frühstückbuffet war gut und vielfälzig und Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt sind eir bon den Van Valk Hoteks mehr Charme und besseren Service gewohnt. Dieses Hotel hst den Nachteil, dass es eher ein Konferenzhotel und daher sehr groß und unpersönlich ist. Lage sehr gut direkt an Autobahnabfahrt und gegenüber eines großen Einkaufzentrums. Parken kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

Airconditioning was noisy and reception told me that they would send a person to fix it. This didn't happen.

The security/receptionists let themselves into my room while i was asleep on 2 consecutive nights. The first was for a noise complaint (i was asleep with no TV on) the second was for smoking which i wasnt. I travelled here for work from the UK and was up at 6am in the morning. It was clear someone was smoking and making noise in a room on the corridor but I was told by the "head of security", who let himself into my room when i was asleep, that he was allowed to do so as he suspected it was me by mistake. Other than that the facilities and rooms were nice and the other staff were lovely.

Une nuit de passage à Nivelles. Chouette accueil, chambre ok. Restaurant impeccable. Juste pour le service piscine, il y a des cours d'aquagym pendant la journée et en soirée et la piscine n'est pas accessible pendant ces moments là.

Bien passé. Très bel hôtel.

WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic.

Amazon hotel with very good gym facilities

We came as a family of 4. We loved the pool for the mornings before going in the car exploring Brussels / Brugge / Ghent etc etc. We loved the breakfast, it was fabulous! Great quality and range. The pool indoor and outdoor was great ( set times for kids in the indoor pool but that didn’t bother us as our kids are early risers so we were straight in the pool before breakfast). Beds were SUPER comfy, bathroom was great loved that they gave the kids their own wash stuff, the balcony was great too and loved the fact the windows opened half or full to balcony ( safe for the kids) Also loved the parking free on site and also that the hotel were quick to lend us an iron. The coffee machine in our room didn’t seem to work but again didn’t bother us as we got it at breakfast anyways. Only thing I’d say is to get rid of the play area in the dining hall for kids - the parents just use it as an excuse to leave their kids in there to make a huge load of noise whilst they sit right round the corner not bothering to watch them. Overall we loved our stay

Enige opmerking is het het niet duidelijk vermelden van de beperkte openingstijden voor kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar tbv de wellness. Voor de rest, top geregeld.
