Great serviced Apt, in a fantastic location (safe and walkable to major shopping/dinning area). The building itself is very nice and modern, apt can get a bit of an upgrade as it feels a bit out-dated. But overall, great place and great service

Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

Very friendly staff, great location, rooms were amazing, and so were the amenities. Recommendation, find a better way of tracking what is taken from the minibar/refrigerator. We purchased our own wine and water from A store around the corner and put it in the refrigerator. When we left were told we drank water from the fridge and had to pay for it. We did not as we bought ourselves and just stored it in the refrigerator. They were very nice and reimbursed us, but it was uncomfortable being accused of taking something we didn’t.
