Hotels.com verified review

could not communicate at all with the property after my car accident. They refuse to reemburse me despite the \police Boletim de Ocorrencia ( Official letter fro the Road authority ) and medical records and files. I am still unable to walk days after the crash and they are the only ones who refuse to refund me among all the other 6 hotels of my trip. And as I said, even with the interference with the travel agent who was excellent, they just did not respond at all.
