could not communicate at all with the property after my car accident. They refuse to reemburse me despite the \police Boletim de Ocorrencia ( Official letter fro the Road authority ) and medical records and files. I am still unable to walk days after the crash and they are the only ones who refuse to refund me among all the other 6 hotels of my trip. And as I said, even with the interference with the travel agent who was excellent, they just did not respond at all.

Dificuldade na comunicacao para o checkin. Buraco enorme na entrada do edifício sem sinalizacao. Perdi o pneu e a roda do carro. Sem vaga no estacionamento. Meu carro ficou do outro lado da avenida.
