As fotos que tem como no site são completamente diferente do que è o real! O quarto tem um cheiro de mofo. Eu moro fora do país e uma amiga veio me visitar e ficamos conversando no quarto por um momento quando fui fazer o check out me convidaram uma faixa de 60 reais apenas por ter recebido uma amiga no meu quarto ! Eu realmente nunca vi isso em nem um hotel do mundo. Tive uma terrível experiência

Excellent place, well located.

Good space room in a quiet street near Paulista. Clean and spacious.

The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil. The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you. Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo

Fantastic hotel! Near all the good places ( downtown and Paulista Avenue). The hotel has great service and delightful and helpful staff. Thank you H3 for making my stay a delightful time.

Little old property, but recently renovated. it was realy good

First and foremost the breakfast was very good. The bed mattress was very firm with just a bedsheet, no mattress pad and two flat overused standard pillows on queen size bed. The flooring wood tiles are warped with gaps in between. The glass shower stall has buildup soap scum and the sheer curtains has a large brown dirty discoloration on it.

What I did not like about the hotel room was it’s bathroom (small, no hangers to hang towels, takes ages to get hot water, and the overall quality of the interior and vibe), card keys that constantly fail to open the door (I had to run down to the reception desk to renew my key every time I come back to my room), surroundings of the hotel (definitely not a slum but you have to travel for quite a distance to find decent restaurants and cafes, for Paulista ave you need to get ready for a 15m long uphill hike) and, most of all, all the loud noises coming from the hallways. The door just fails miserably to block the noises. It was almost impossible for me to get some nap between 9-12 because of all the noises coming from the busy hallway.

I don't get good experiences for the place , I m sure no go back .

I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. They do store your bags for free if you need to checkout and collect bags later. They have a lenient guest policy. Paulista Avenue is walkable distance although little uphill. Good restaurants nearby.

smooth check in. varied & good breakfast. comfortable pillow and bed. spacious room. strong shower.location is quite a walk to metro. however it's closer to bus stop instead (i.e.foreigner need cash to pay. the bus can provide change. no transfer ticket).

I stayed twice with two of my friends in the hotel, everything is great, comfortable, location is good, breakfast is good and staff is awesome and kind. Every recommendation.

Great staff, hotel is clean and well and has the essential amenities.

One day, they didn't have hot water to have shower, also, they don't have all channels on TV as they offered.

Friendly staff but horrible room. Felt like a being in a prison. Noisy and unsafe looking area.

It is a nice but very basic hotel, not near metro or bus stations, staff very helpful

I don't know where the high rating of this property is from. The location is okay, breakfast is normal/ standard to what we have seen everywhere in Brazil, the rooms were good size. THE INTERNET IS HORRIBLE!!!! If you are working at the property, then you are screwed - the worst WIFI we had in all South America. A few English movie channels which was nice (despite the man who checking us in told us there were none.. we found 3). Water in the shower takes about 2-3 minutes of running before you get warm water (shame as its a waste of water). Our AC unit broke on the first of our 4 nights, it leaked all over our bag and clothes while we were out (it was turned off). overall I don't think we would stay again, the property looks more run down in person than the photos show.
