We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! Great for families traveling, the family room is bright and spacious. Plus there is free guarded parking!

The staff here was the best we had for our 7 night stay in Brazil. They were extremely helpful with everything, even though we didn't speak Portuguese. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, restaurants, beach). The beds weren't the best we've had but everything else made that seem fine too. They even let us use the roof-top pool and shower after we had checked out. Thank you!

Hotel espetacular, recepcionistas muito simpáticos, atendimento de qualidade. Hotel é de luxo, possui um café da manhã divino, espetacular e com muita variedade. Possui sala e jogos e piscina. É uma excelência em limpeza, capricho, conforto e estadia. Recomendo e me hospedaria todas as vezes que iria para bc.

Very small rooms,mid seventies safe locker,normal key doorlock system(very unsafe any one can copy the key and get into your room).

The room is not big by Brazilian standards. Bathroom is also small. It is clean and fairly comfortable. We only stayed one night, so recommended for short term stays.

Nice clean well placed hotel. The staff could speak more than one language, helpful as we spoke English and Spanish (0 Portuguese). It had nice clean rooms. The pool was nice, but little or no shade to cool off in the heat. Great breakfast buffet with lots to choose from. Nice walking distance to beach, not too far. Supermarket is close too. Only problem was the wall plugs. I couldn't charge my phone nor batteries well, I thought maybe I had done something wrong but when I got home they worked fine.

Atendimento cordial e eficiente. O check-in foi rápido, recebi boas informações sobre as comodidades do hotel, quarto limpo e bem organizado. A cama era confortável e o Wifi funcionava perfeitamente, o café da manhã era variado, com opções frescas e saborosas. A piscina é aquecida muito boa, a localização excelente. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis, preservativos e educados, nos faz ter vontade de retornar ao hotel.

O hotel é bem aconchegante , de pequeno a médio porte , os quartos são pequenos , mais bem aconchegante.
Tudo bem limpo e organizado .
Só temos dois pontos que precisa melhorar , os chuveiros são bem ruins , não esquentam bem e os furos estavam entupidos, e como fomos com amigos , sabemos que não era uma coisa apenas do nosso quarto .
O café da manhã também é um ponto que ficou um pouquinho a desejar , tinha muitas opções , mais nem todas eram de boa qualidade, exemplo as frutas , que estavam passadas e até estragada , acredito que ter menos opções e com mais qualidade seria muito melhor .
