Nice place to stay !!! Very happy to go at jazz bar in front this place

I think the hotel needs better maintenance on its premises.

The place was okay, but one of my issues was when I walked around in my socks. The floor was super dirty. I asked my friend who was in another room and he had the same issue. Both of us had dust and dirt on our socks. So they can definitely clean the floors. A little bit better rooms were a little small.But if it wasn't for the dust on our socks, I would have gave them a better review

Good value for the money

Can’t say enough about how good their breakfast is! We had some issues with the air conditioning but overall the location and price make this is my go to hotel in Belo Horizonte! I’ve stayed here many times over the years.

Front desk staff provided an extraordinary customer service. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I stayed 14 amazing days. Restaurant staff delivered a superb service through Rafael and Hudson. Thank you for everything. Keep up the great work everyone. Sabrina.

The locativon Is great, near shops and banks, laundry and restaurantes. The staff is very friendly, Gomes is a great employee and helper. My room was kind small, it could be cleaner and the towels could be newer but the breakfast was very nice

Very good hotel in Belo Horizonte. Attentive and polite staff, good room and bed, everything very clean and excellent breakfast.

I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience. The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price. The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city.

Very good hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, good restaurant and great breakfast. The room is a good size, the bed is good, the bathroom is good and clean.

Hotel is ok. A bit annoying having to pay in advance, request room cleaning every day. Restaurant is from poor to acceptable.
