Não tirei nenhuma foto, mas as fotos do site são melhores do que a realidade. Não gostei da iluminação do quarto, pouca luz amarela e mais luz branca, o que dá a sensação de hospital.
Destaque para o funcionário que me atendeu no check-out (não peguei o nome dele), mas foi muito simpático e agradável, é muito importante isso para quem trabalha com público. Parabéns para o atendimento dele!!! Foi o diferencial nesse hotel!

Na primeira noite quando liguei o ar condicionado depois de uns 3 minutos houve um estouro muito forte que desligou tudo e fiquei sem energia elétrica a noite toda no quarto. Depois tive que mudar de quarto e não tinha nenhum funcionário para ajudar a transportar as malas já que nem mesmo no mesmo andar disponibilizaram o quarto “novo”. Além disso nos dois andares que fiquei havia um cheiro estranho de esgoto nos corredores. Os quartos, em si, estavam ok. Com exceção óbvia da parte elétrica como relatado acima, o que deixa bem preocupado.

Quarto no terceiro piso com odor insuportável de fumaça de cigarros no corredor. Ao sair do elevador ou abrir a porta do quarto o mal cheiro era intenso.
Reclamamos na portaria e nada foi feito.

Very nice hotel, with excellent service and good restaurant. Plumbing could be revised but bathroom is neat. I got a good deal and the night there was cheaper than it would have been at a ‘regular’ Mercure .
