Horrible staff horrible property. Checked in and checked out an hour after Room dirty old shower with very low pressure a drip only did not stay the night booked another property tried to speak to staff about it told me to take a hike Stay away. Horrible across the board

Good location. Decent room. Decent breakfast. Very good for business.

It was a great room and a perfect location. There was no parking and the attendant was not helpful in helping us find somewhere safe to park our car. We had to ask at a convenience store what they thought as well as two nearby hotels what we should do.

After reading all of the bad reviews for this hotel I was prepared for the worse...I was pleasantly surprised! The only thing bad about this hotel was the in room wifi. If you can't deal with that then go to another hotel or just go downstairs to the outside "modern" bar and use theirs. Everyone associated with this hotel was very friendly. It is a great location near the mall and Nacional Stadium. Even the breakfast was great. Hot food, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. It is just a clean relaxing place to rest, not a resort to rejuvenate your body. Give it a try!

Chose it knowing exactly what to expect, having read all the other reviews and knowing a “4” was the maximum score I thought I was going to find. To be honest, I expected less. Found it interesting for basically one reason:LOCATION! It’s right in the middle of most highlights of Brasilia. Sightseeing is very comfortable and within reasonable walking distance to/from the vast majority of attractions. Since I was in town for a night and to see a Football match of the World Cup, it was the best option. The hotel itself is a worn down and far from its glory days. The rooms are big and the two double beds they put together made the bed an extra king size which was good for the sleeping possibility, though unfortunately they don’t have matching sheets, which turned out into a messy bed, sleeping on the mattress itself sometimes. I got a room which had its AC unit damaged which I was told was going to be repaired, therefore had to wait for a couple of hours for… no one to show up! After asking again, they said it was too late and I had to get a room change. The new room was in the basement level, without a window but it was better than staying in a room without AC. The staff was friendly and helped out. The bathroom was spacious and though old, it was good enough. Breakfast was OK. As I said, it was what I expected and it’s a great option for a night’s sleep and if you want to be right in the center of it all, for the right investment.

Located just off the main route. It was ideal for visiting all the important sites,which the capital has. there was a bus which stopped directly outside which took us to and from the airport.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the metro, and a half-hour walk to Brasilia's monumental government centre. The 'hotel sector' and adjacent 'commercial centre' are uninspiring, with few evening restaurant options. However, there is one Brazillian barbeque nearby. There is (payable) internet access in reception. There is an hourly bus service from this area direct to the airport.

excellent value for the location and overall condition of the hotel. Very good breakfast, excellent bedroom with clean bathroom and nice hot water, fair wireless internet, very kind personnel. only needs more people to have quicker response in service requests.

I arrived earlier than expected, and there was some confusion over # of days I was actually planning to stay in Brasilia. Most hotel staff only spoke Portuguese, but I eventually met the one day-time employee who helped straighten out the booking situation. I grew to be quite fond of the place before the end of my stay. The front desk staff was very helpful about arranging an excellent city tour. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is somewhat seedy and I did not feel comfortable walking around alone after dark. However, one of the best aspects of the hotel was the basement breakfast room, which became a quite decent restaurant open quite late into the evening. Thus, I was able to be a daylight tourist, and then return to the hotel before dark and safely take dinner in-house. Did I say that the complimentary breakfast buffet was bountiful? So, all of this worked for me, and the trade-off for the security risk was the really low hotel rates. I would happily stay there again if my travels ever bring me back to Brasilia. I also do not hesitate to recommend the Planalto Bittar to other travelers who can deal w/ the surrounds & language issues.

O quarto era de bom tamanho, e razoavelmente bem conservado - não é novo, mas também não é super antigo. O café da manhã é simples, poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade. Nos primeiros dias houve alguma dificuldade para conectar ao wi-fi. Depois foi resolvido, e quando conectava, a conexão era boa. Pelo preço, é um custo-benefício razoável.

Boa localização.

Boa localização, perto de shoppings, conveniência e a poucos minutos do aeroporto. No quarto em que fiquei, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando perfeitamente, o que seria um ponto a melhorar, mas que não comprometeu a estadia.

Razoável! Boa localização, quarto bom, café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, com poucas opções e sala quente.

Café da Manhã bem Variado!

O café da manhã é sempre a mesma coisa, não tem variedade. Quando estou hospedado, por vezes nem tomo café da manha no hotel. Estive hospedado recentemente no hotel, fiquei do dia 05 a 14/05/2025. No café da manhã do dia 12/05/2025(segunda-feira), usaram as frutas e restos dos alimentos do dia anterior para servir no café da manhã. Dessa vez fiquei muito chateado, pois além da falta de respeito, acabei comendo um pedaço de mamão que estava azedo e o queijo ressecado, bolo duro, melancia azeda(cortaram as pontas para tentar disfarçar), tudo terrível! Gosto da localização do hotel e do atendimento dos recepcionistas, mas o café da manhã é a parte que decepciona!!!

A estrutura da acomodação está bastante comprometida. Precisa, urgentemente, de uma reforma.
