Quality Suites Vila Olimpia

I did this reservation only to get some sleep for a very early arrival at GRU, sent a mesage with some requests to the hotel that now at 6:08 am haven’t been answered yet

the room were not cleaning well. The breakfast offered in the property is very poor - no buffet or restaurant available. And the worst they are not providing Formal invoicing - required for expense report. Trying to use Hotel.com receipt.

ok but a bit old

The staff was friendly. Parking vallet was great. Rooms are spacias. I booked two rooms for a family of four. Ok here comes the downsides. If you are a light sleeper the avenue adjacent to the hotel is very busy and loud. No restaurant on site and no breakfast buffet. The rooms have balcony so if you have kids be careful. On site soccer field big plus for the kids and the pool is a good size. Other then that welcome to the concert jungle.

The staff was amazing! The room was excellent.. I only wish the breakfast was more diverse with more options to choose omelettes, oatmeal. But overall I am very satisfied.

Hotel sem manutenção .. sujo

After booking this LOW Quality Suites, I contacted the hotel regarding airport pick up and late check out. The response was cold and negative. At check in, they made sure they would immediately charge me for the late check. Collection of payment was priority over providing sevice. I was assigned to 14th floor room facing a 8-10 lane avenue with high traffic 24/7. No windows had any double glazing or noise insulation. I couldn't sleep. At 11pm I went to reception and nicely in Portuguese asked if there was a chance to switch to a quite room. I meet with cold and unfriendly faces of staff. One said, he would look into it, then left. I asked the other staff (I am a foreigner but speak intermediate Portuguese and always make the effort). I didn't understand his response, so I asked him kindly to repeat. His "customer friendly" reaction was to raise his voice, like I was retarted (not obvioulsy a foreigner) telling me it is wasn't possible to change the room. I thanked him calmly and return to my room to put in my earplugs. Room is maintained clean, but show their age. On wall in the bedroom there was black mold. At check out, AFTER settling the bill, while waiting for my taxi, the receptionist told me, her colleague made a mistake and forgot to charge me 3 more reais ($1) so before I leave I should settle it. When I told her, this is not very customer friendly, she said if I don't pay it, she will have to do pay it out of pocket. I will never stay again at this property.

Property is a bit dated. Very well located, nonetheless.

Clean, very friendly and hospitable, great area, just a little outdated. Small TVs, older decor, outdated gym, in house restaurant is ok, but much better ones within a short walk.

Hotel antigo. Cheira a mofo. Não recomendo. Quartos espaçosos. Porém precisa de reformulação e reforma. Localização excelente.

Big studio, with a little office to work. Hotel I a very good area of São Paulo. Bathroom is very basic and not well maintained: stains and ants everywhere. It was cold in the city and the whole hotel was freezing. I was expecting more for the price.

Poor wifi, got changed from one building to the other and wifi improved a lot

Great stay - enjoyed the Hotel - nothing special but just good quality rooms and facilities.

The location was perfect for my stay. But the hotel is so close of a busy heavy traffic street and windows are not soundproof, that you need to be used to sleep with noise. Apartments offer kitchen, segregated living room, office den and bedroom. Sparsely and dates furniture design covers the basics. Internet slow and I used my phone as a router. Breakfast is very good and as expected.

Everything was perfect. It was quiet and room service was excellent.

A little worn. I am rating this hotel a 3 because they kept messing up the minibar count and also mistakenly sent a room service in the middle of the night. These things conveyed that things could have been better organized. Other than that, it was good enough for all practical purposes, and the breakfast was good.

Amazing location and great cost-benefit!!! Walking distance to everywhere in Vila Olimpia neighborhood, nice restaurant, beautiful swimming pool and cozy suite. The washroom is not big, neither the bedroom, but the suite is confortable, the kitchen helps a lot, as well as the small living room. The air conditioners were good, silent and kept the suite cool all the time, what was perfect because it was 35 Celcius degrees outside!
