Tive uma excelente experiência durante a estadia no hotel. Desde o check-in até o check-out, tudo ocorreu de forma organizada e agradável. O quarto era confortável, limpo e bem equipado, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas e acolhedoras. Destaco também a cordialidade e atenção da equipe, sempre solícita e educada, pronta para ajudar no que fosse necessário. A localização é ótima e contribuiu bastante para a praticidade da viagem. Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Quarto bem sujo, banheiro super sujo e com urina na tampa do vaso, paredes do banheiro escuras de sujeira,pedi para limparem o que estava sujo no banheiro, e o que foi pedido não foi feito, cortina emboloradas e ar condicionado não estava gelando, café da manhã bom e as recepcionistas atendem super bem, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar
