The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

La habitación estaba bien. El baño tenía muy poco espacio. El ascensor no funcionaba, así que todos los huéspedes tenían que llevar sus cosas por las escaleras. Lo mejor fue el desayuno.

Equipe muito simpática e eficiente. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e o café da manhã excelente.

Sempre que vou a Foz fico aqui, tem um ótimo custo benefício. Tudo limpo e organizado, café da manhã bom, pessoal da recepção simpáticos.

O quarto estava extremamente limpo, todos os funcionários super educados e simpáticos, hotel super tranquilo, com excelente cafe da manhã.

Posso dizer que gostei da minha estadia: limpeza do quarto razoável, equipe de recepcionistas muito simpáticas e com facilidades de atendimento e atenção . O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Pouquíssimos itens.
