Best service ever. The entire staff, including cleaning staff, restaurant, front desk, anyone you may run into in the hotel, are very well trained to be polite, efficient, try to go above an beyond to have the guest’s needs taken care of. I was really impressed. Anywhere, anytime.

Check-in took a little longer than I’d hope, and the room felt a little dated. That being said, those are very minor items when contrasting with the great amenities and staff (including kids club) that the hotel offers. This was our second 5+ day stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Royal Palms was excellent. The room was comfortable and one of the few who could house my family of five. The breakfast included was excellent. One minor item was that there was a little mold/mildew in the shower.

Absolutely amazing. The pools, the food, the staff, the kids activities and huge play park in the back of the grounds. This place is great. The week went by like lightening because everything was so easy, no stress, no pressure, nothing but pleasure and leisure. I would recommend to anyone. The three of us adults drank by the pools all day for a week and the bill cam to little over $150USD. My 2 year old had the time of her life, literally. I think this was the best week of her life so far. 4 thumbs up.

Place is amazing for the whole family. Had a nice holiday but the only thing I didn't know was I could have chosen a couple other restaurants in the hotel area but, as I chose paying for all meals upfront, I couldn't try them without paying extra (had no refund or discount from the paid amount).

Good and beautiful hotel. Too full due a special offer (Black Friday) so the staff were overloaded. The check in took 1h20 minutes. My wife arrived with my 2 daughters and no one at lobby helped her to carry the luggage from the car. The food was very good and the activities for kids where outstanding, with very nice team leaders for the kids.

The rooms of the hotel are nice, and so are the facilities such as the pool area, tennis courts and restaurants. The bathrooms of the rooms could qualify as good, but the tile jobs show lots of signs of wear and tear, the toilets don't flush well, and the towel hooks are loosely hanging off the walls. With better maintenance this could be a better place. Also experienced long wait at check out, and inconsistencies with room amenities, such as tissues. If it hadn't been so expensive (I paid $350 a night) I'd be ok with it.

The checkin were made one guy which did not know how Expedia works. He did not know the room was already paid, greatfully a kind lady knew it, more than I and even told me how it works, using ecatds. The staff are very polite. They look forward everything you need. As a resort it is the best one in the 2nd biggest city of Brazil, Campinas, 50 minutes from Sao Paulo and 5 min from intl airport Viracopos, that will be very very used when olympic games and world cup arrives in BR.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed and I have travelled a lot. My experience was just perfect for a weekend with my husband and my son. When we arrived at our room, the crib was already placed - I didn't ask, but they knew there was a baby traveling with me. They have a room with everything we may need to prepare the bottle of the baby and also offer fruits and daily soup to kids. The rooms are very comfortable, the pool is amazing, the restaurant have not only a great service but also a fabulous food and the children's area is something I have never seen in my life - any children will go nuts with all the infra-estructure they have and the attention of the employees with the kids and with us is fantastic. I had a fantastic massage at the SPA that is gorgeous. Definitely one of the best hotels in Brazil. If you are looking for a perfect stay in Campinas, this is the hotel.
