A very nice place to stay during my business trip to Brunei Darussalam. The location of the hotel in the city center makes it easier to go for a walk and go sightseeing around the city, and the free shuttle to the shopping mall area that they provide is very nice and helpful. All of the staff are also very friendly.

WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY AND PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION! My stay at the Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible team. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The woman who checked me in was so helpful, providing me with a map and great information on local places to visit. The doormen were incredibly personable, kind, and attentive, always making me feel welcome. EXCELLENT DINING AND ROOM CARE: The high standard of service continued throughout the property. The restaurant servers in both on-site dining spots were warm and highly professional. My room attendant was also very friendly whenever I ran into him in the corridor, and the room itself was beautifully attended to and kept comfortable. FANTASTIC WALKABLE LOCATION: The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring. It is completely walkable to the beautiful waterfront, the famous mosque, the local nature park, and plenty of great nearby eateries. It made discovering the city entirely stress-free. Between the exceptional staff and the perfect location, I had a highly enjoyable stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brunei!

Location is perfect. The staff were amazing. Special thank-you to Ziman for arranging our transportation and advising on airport timing. Thank-you to Triana and chef for a wonderful experience at Rizwah restaurant. We also enjoyed the breakfast options - especially the home made Greek yoghurt.

I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam. The hotel is very nice overall, and the staff are truly welcoming, always smiling and attentive, which makes a real difference. The common areas are slightly dated, but the rooms are renovated, very spacious, and of a really good standard. I will definitely come back with pleasure.

Room was well-kept and well-supplied. Toilet was clean n functional. Drinking water was ample. The AC n ventilation were awesome. Staff was the BEST. The staff is the MAIN REASON why wife and I had a great time. EVERYONE was warm and helpful. But the VERY BEST among the staff were ISMAIL (the bellman) and ARLYN (the service manager at the breakfast buffet). Wife and I had been to many countries and had stayed in numerous hotels. Ismail and Arlyn rank among the FRIENDLIEST and MOST HELPFUL people we had encountered. Ismail drove us to Gadong Night Market and gave us a lot of tips. Each time we see him, he always saw to it that our needs are met. He took care of our luggage with a smile on his face. Arlyn regularly came to our table during breakfast to check on us and ask us if there is anything we need. Her supporting staff were hardworking and courteous. There is one thing though that I need the hotel to WATCH OUT for. I noticed one time that there were 2 old men who were coughing in front of the food without covering their mouths. I know this is NOT the fault of the hotel but I did want to eat anymore the food at which those 2 old men coughed. Still, we had a GREAT TIME. I shall recommend Radisson to my family n friends. THANK YOU.
