Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room.

I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria.

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.

A friend and I were traveling around Bulgaria and had booked a couple nights at this hotel. There was a wedding taking place at the hotel the first night of our stay. The front desk staff kindly put us in a room on the opposite side of the hotel to assure we weren’t disturbed. The hotel is lovely and the service is excellent. The location of the hotel is in a somewhat sketchy area so when we went to the city center we took a taxi rather than walking the 1/2 hour distance to the town square. Plovdiv is an interesting and very walkable area. The portions of the old town we saw were wonderful!
The hotels breakfast buffet is terrific. The food that should be warm actually is! The choices are widely varied.

Business trip to Plovdiv. Great spacious room nice ,friendly and helpful staff, beautiful gardens and great breakfast.Very much enjoyed my stay...just take into account that you are 12 min taxi drive from the city centre buy def. The place is worth it!

Fabulous hotel. £1.50 taxi drive into Plovdiv. Old town Plovdiv is beautiful.

It is a lovely, new, and well maintained hotel with a friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fast wireless internet access. Breakfast was pretty good too. It is a tad far from the city center, but overall a good value for your money.
