Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room.

Top accomodatie, kon goed parkeren op een beveiligde parkeerterrein. Enorme kamer, er werd hulp geboden om bagage te tillen. Roomservice was snel en heet. Ook fijn dat je ten alle tijden kan in- en uitchecken (als je bijvoorbeeld op doorrijs ben). Enige minpunt was het harde bed. Badkamer was ook groot, douche was lekker en schoon. Ik raad het aan

I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria.

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.
