When we first arrived at the property we were told it was closed due to refurbishment, and were moved to another hotel. After 2 days we were told the property was open again and were returned, the hotel had not been refurbished and was dirty with nothing working (TV/wifi). My advise to anyone looking to stay at this hotel, move on the place is a dirty tip.

It was ok.. wouldn't stay again, they had no back up power for when the electricity goes out. I was unable to use the toilet or shower during those times because everything ran on the electricity. Price for addition room was not as advertised.

I booed two rooms months before travelling and asked for one double and one twin, which all seemed fine. However I was sent an email by the hotel while I was on the flight to Siem Reap telling me that the twin room was not available but that my friends could have a family room for $10 extra per night. Wasn’t too happy about not being told something which must have been obvious until it was far too late to do anything about it. Anyway my friends were ok with paying the extra rather than having to share a bed. I should say at this point that my room was fine, theirs however was not, the air conditioning was ineffective meaning the room was too hot to sleep properly. They told the staff but nothing seemed to get done about it. Then on the last night there was a big water leak in to their room and the staff response was just to turn the water off, leaving them with no water at all and when they complained to give them the keys to another room, which would have been great but it hadn’t been made up since the last guests left. Not a great last night for them and I ended up having to let them use my room to get ready to leave in. So a very mixed bag really. I stayed here a little over a year ago and was impressed, which is why I booked again. But sad to say that even though it is really handy for the centre I won’t be staying here again.

We were in Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat and the other temples for 2 nights. The hotel is excellent, the room was large and modern with everything you need like great shower, large bed, fridge, A/C, WiFi and TV. Breakfast was a choice of either American or Asian, we went for the Asian which was fantastic. Pool area is really nice and it is only a 10 min walk from Pub Street and the Night Market. There is a construction site next door but it did not disturb us at all. Great well priced hotel in Siem Reap.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY. I book this place for my elderly parents every year when they come to visit. The location is perfect, very near the river and only 5 minute walk into town. It is usually a very quiet area, (although this year heavy construction in the area was a bit loud - but this cannot be avoided in such a developing town). The side street is a minute away from Kings Road where cafes, shops and Bars can be found. Local mini mart just around the corner. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great VALUE for money compared to the rest, with a big room, nice bathroom and even a Balcony to enjoy that evening glass of Vino. Good swimming pool too. Tuk Tuks right outside to take you wherever you want, or you can stroll down the river and enjoy the views. Breakfast included which albeit simple, is good. (For those that want the Nightlife - Pub Street is a five minute stroll across the river, where the action happens until well into the night).

This hotel has a great location, although there is construction next door right now - this would only bother you if you plan to sleep in past 7am. We booked three rooms and one had serious problems with electricity (meaning A/C, fan, etc. kept cutting out) but the staff were friendly and eventually allowed to change rooms (even it if was 1am when they finally did so!). The hotel is small and simple, but most rooms are very clear and comfortable compared to others in Siem Reap. The real value is the location - just 5 minute walk to centre of town - but far enough away that you are not kept awake at night.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice shower and aircon too. Good breakfast included, rest of the menu seemed quite expensive though. The only disappointing part was the builders from next door constantly looking over the property fence from above while we were trying to use the swimming pool. It was quite disturbing and made girls feel very uncomfortable. Hotel should try and address this issue somehow.

The hotel is a short walk from the city centre. Tuk-Tuks are easy to find if you don’t want to walk. The hotel offers very good value for money. My room was large and very clean. The bed was a little hard, though. Breakfast is sufficient. There are 3 choices - American, Continental or Asian, each offering a number of options. I would recommend this hotel. Free airport pick-up was a nice touch.
