I spent a lovely week at the Heritage Suite Hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool and pool area was always clean and the pool very welcoming on the hot days. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area.

This place was great! Incredibly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend; the restaurant was also pretty good, with pretty nice food and good breakfast
