Great location and Japanese service - OUTSTANDING. Room is spacious, comfortable and silent. Infinity pool is smaller than depicted and no bar staff. Else it's all as advertised. It's a business hotel really, but outstandingly well run. Go.

Easy access to riverside. Unfortunately, we were there on the wrong time New Year’s Eve celebration, and the traffic was horrendous, as the celebration centered at the the royal palace.

A lovely hotel; service impeccable and a great pool on the roof with amazing views. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful!

Great hotel! Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean comfortable and well stocked with amenities. We had a large suite with kitchenette, bath and rainfall showerhead. The breakfast has local and Western options as well as Japanese cuisine. The rooftop pool is very nice and the location is great. Also complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lobby. We will be back!

Emion is my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh. Great staff and amenities. The room service is excellent and priced reasonably. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey, but the food is excellent. I have stayed there 4 times and have always been impressed. William

We enjoyed the view from our room and the 18th floor restaurant and pool. Very nice place to stay. Will book again. The bidet is nice also.

This hotel is very organized and the staff is very well trained. They speak English and they treat you very well. They always greet you. They always make checking in a pleasure. The restaurant staff is friendly convenient hard-working the breakfast for restaurant had a good mixture of American food and Asian food this hotel the food is outstanding for room service no complaints. I wish I could take it with me everywhere.

Best hotel. I’ve stayed at in all of Asia. Staff are wonderful. The hotel is spotless clean amenities are great. It’s quiet. It’s a great location overlooking the Mekong river. I wish I could take this hotel everywhere I go.

The cafe lounge with the free coffee and tea was a nice touch. Also had a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant, pool, and bar area.

I had a great stay at Hotel Emion. A spacious room, with kitchenette, table and sofa were more than anticipated for my first time in Cambodia. Everything was up to European and western standards, breakfast buffet and dinner, international television channels, fast internet, towels and soap, as well as well equipped fitness centre and infinite pool. The location was well suited for listed attractions. Finally the staff all spoke English and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three days, but I wish it could have been a week or two! Our room was a full two bedrooms with a living area and small kitchen. We even had a combined washer/dryer in the unit which was so helpful at the tail end of our trip. The beds were fabulously comfortable, the water was hot and the AC was cold. The view from our windows and lengthy patio was so pretty! Breakfast was served on the top floor with wonderful views of the city and the river. We enjoyed the options to sit inside or outside and the buffet was stocked with a huge variety of choices that were all delicious. The skybar and roof top pool were also excellent. We enjoyed visiting with family there and relaxing at the end of the day. One thing to know if you are booking more than one room: Our adult kids were staying on a different floor. Each keycard can only access the floor your room is on, so if the kids wanted to come to our room, we had to meet them in the lobby to let them up the elevator to our floor. A minor in conscience, but something to know about. I would happily stay at this hotel again. It had everything we needed and more!

The hotel was amazing! The room was beautiful with a balcony totally worth it. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were very helpful to get recommendations for a spa and help us to get transportation when we needed. The location was great closer to everything. Great service!
