Beautiful hotel. Comfortable interior, large swimming pool. The staff is also enthusiastic. The resort is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Close to attractions and convenient transportation. If I travel again, I will choose to stay here because I really like the atmosphere here.

5-star service at 2-star prices in other parts of the world. Hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Showed us to the room when we checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Greeted us every time we entered the hotel or just exited the elevator. Service in the onsite restaurant was exactly the same. We walked to downtown Siem Reap 2 times during our stay because we like to walk. Drivers stayed just outside the hotel at all hours offering very reasonable rates for transit if desired. We did use one for a Tuk-Tuk tour around town. Fun way to get around. Used a laundry service a short walk from the hotel with great value. Beautiful hotel pool. Initially selected because our Gate1 Mekong River cruise group was going to start from this hotel. Loved the 4 days on our own at this hotel prior to the group.

The staff at this hotel is gold! The caring and attention they showed to us was beyond all expectations. They even provided us with a packed breakfast when we had an early morning tour. The staff remembered our daily morning cappuccinos and didn’t even have to ask for them!

We stayed here for 4 nights . This is low season so the hotel was really quiet which was lovely. We stayed here over my partners big birthday - they have him a cake and decorated the room with roses, so beautiful. Staff are attentive and so helpful . They reallt care about their guests. Breakfast had a great selection of traditional and western food. Borey at the front desk has been amazing doing his best for us and our stay. Use the hotel tuk tuk. Its around 7 usd for a trip to the town and back. To Ankhor watt and back is 15 usd. Its just the whole experience. The swimming pool is huge and lovely to swim in especially at night when its all lit up. Thank you all so much. Love Michelle and Steven

First time in Seam Reap only for 3 days. The outside hotel is quite beautifully designed. The furniture need a major improvement. Great location to the main attraction. Breakfast selection could be improved. Friendly staff and helpful. The locals are very friendly

The hotel was very nice and the staff wonderful. They were very helpful and professional. Great location, pool area and breakfast. Soeun gave very good recommendations for daytrips and was very helpful. I can strongly recommend this hotel and would return here next time I visit Seam Reap.
