The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Dad broke his tooth and the staff recommended a dentist to help us. We will had two more weeks on our trip and are from Ontario.

Great place. My only complaint was that the smoking area was right below our room and we were not able to open the windows for some fresh air

The staff are friendly, but that's Newfoundlanders for ya. The hotel and rooms are dated but clean. (bring slippers). Very dimly lit. I'd been travelling across the province for 2 weeks and this had to have been the most comfortable bed out of all the places I stayed! My room was in the back overlooking the parking lot and the Royal Canadian Legion hall. There must have been a celebration at the legion the night I stayed because there was a live band and DJ playing until about 2:00am. I would stay here again, but ask for a different area of the hotel.

Was a great place to stay. It was in a great place in gander with alot of amenities around you. Needs to hv a bit more cleaning in the rooms. But overall we felt comfortable there
