We chose this hotel because it was listed as pet friendly. When we arrived we were told we were not allowed to take our dog through the front door , to use the external door to our room. Because it is winter there was a lot of salt in the step and only a small mat at the door to wipe our feet on. The hotel thoughtfully included a boot tray for our wet shoes but it was almost impossible not to track in some dirt and salt and to have it spread across the room. The room was incredibly warm despite turning the temperature down several times. And there must be very little soundproofing between floors. There were what sounded like kids running up and down the corridor above us past 11 and also the people in the room above us sounded to be moving furniture u til 1230. I will likely not stare here again.

Fair price for room. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Eggs seemed spoiled And no bacon but couple sausage links.

Arrived evening of December 27. First couple things I noticed was that the water bottle in the room had already been used, someone already drank a bit out of it and the bathtub had some hairs left in it. The walls are paper thin and I could easily hear everyone in the hallway all the teenagers and loud footed people. I could also hear people going up and down the staircase to get to the second floor with their suitcases and their loud foot stomping. The hallway noise didn't go away for a solid 2 hours from 10pm until midnight. Then my neighbours decided to move furniture for another hour or two so next to zero sleep. I could hear the folks across the hall up at 6am and talking loudly in the hallway. I have travelled to over 30 countries and stayed at high end and low end but unfortunately this was one of the worse experiences in terms of noise. Had to skip breakfast as I was trying to catch up on my sleep that I missed so unfortunately that was a waste. Overall seemed to have high ratings and for the most part the room was clean and tidy. The water bottle being used was a first for me and the odd hairs in the bathtub is a what ever but still a little gross and overlooked. The water pressure in the sink was a little low and unusual but the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Check-in/check-out was seamless. Location is great next to the highway. Overall disappointed.
