We have stayed here often in the past…our reservation was in the tower this time and it was lovely! The whole property is beautiful, clean and comfy! Close to Okanagan lake and half hour walk to downtown! Staff are very friendly! Was a little disappointed that the pool side bar wasn’t running and of course they are working on the new wellness centre so it was a bit noisy…but that was to be expected! I have always recommended this property to friends and family and will continue to do so!

My mom, sister, and I just stayed at the Balcomo for a weekend in early June 2025. I have stayed there before, and was very happy with the hotel during previous visits. The renovated rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed, with a medium-sized fridge, a coffee/tea station, a massive tub, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool area and appreciated being able to order food from the on-site restaurant. I also liked that we could text the front desk if there was anything we needed! We were surprised that the rooms did not have an iron or ironing board (this is typically standard); however, I'm confident it would have been provided if we would have asked. We would definitely stay there again.

beautiful suite! We loved that there were enough beds for the all the adults. So much space and comfort. The walk out is a great feature. The only feed forward we would have is to not put families on the second floor (they run and make a lot of noise on the floor early!!). Otherwise it was a wonderufl stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and location. The rooms were modest but well appointed and very comfortable.
I've already messaged all of my golfer friends to let them know that this would make an excellent destination as it is only steps away from the course.
On top of that, it is walking distance to the downtown core and Okanagan Lake.
