Staff was terrible at check in . No guidance and rude when asked questions. Rooms were stale and cold and noisy . Wellness centre is poorly set up with no direction and staff is uninformed and rude.

Rooms are nice. Bed was super comfortable. I like the large soaker tub in each room but the shower head was wonky. You couldn’t aim it properly due to its restricted movement. It was basically spraying at the shower curtain. Kleenex ran out and they didn’t refill it. Minor but annoying. My main concern and the reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because the check-in was mega cumbersome. Took way too long. Arianne made me fill out a whole document with my personal information and car license plate. Like, don’t you already have everything from my Expedia booking? Sign and initial the form in 5 places?? Most of my Expedia booked check-ins are completely seamless. Walk up, provide ID, credit card, receive room key, goodnight. There was also a commotion around me making 2 bookings because I did not know if we would make it up on Friday night so I had to book that night last minute and separately. Arianne seemed majorly flustered over this and it took forever.

New wifi is nice but miss the sports channels lol overall love the location and the secured parking… staff is always super nice and helpful… my regular place to stay when I work in Penticton…

We loved it there. Staff were amazing. We got a lovely surprise of an upgrade for our anniversary. Can’t wait to go back!

Every summer we spent our vacation here in pentincton, this is great place to be with our family members, peaceful, calm and relax

Fav place to stay in Penticton!

We had a great one-night stay at the Balcomo. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. It’s perfect if you’re just looking for a convenient and restful place to stay in Penticton. Would definitely consider staying again.

I stayed for one night in late March 2026 for a concert. The pool was not open yet (totally fine because it's still cool out) but the spa and sauna were open and people were enjoying it. We were in the tower, 4th floor. I love overlooking the golf course in the morning and sitting on the patio with a coffee (they have keurig machines in room or there is lots of coffee shops across the street). Room is clean, lots of towels in room for spa. The front desk called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. Thats nice because you can quickly tell them if anything wasn't right but everything was good. Overall, good place to stay.

Comfortable beds, very clean, lovely grounds and love the new hot tub, sauna and plunge pool.

Hockey arena, restaurant and shops within walking distance. Great beds & linens. Great sauna / hot tub / cold plunge / yoga room. Great courtyard All around awesome stay
