Rooms are nice. Bed was super comfortable. I like the large soaker tub in each room but the shower head was wonky. You couldn’t aim it properly due to its restricted movement. It was basically spraying at the shower curtain. Kleenex ran out and they didn’t refill it. Minor but annoying.
My main concern and the reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because the check-in was mega cumbersome. Took way too long. Arianne made me fill out a whole document with my personal information and car license plate. Like, don’t you already have everything from my Expedia booking? Sign and initial the form in 5 places?? Most of my Expedia booked check-ins are completely seamless. Walk up, provide ID, credit card, receive room key, goodnight. There was also a commotion around me making 2 bookings because I did not know if we would make it up on Friday night so I had to book that night last minute and separately. Arianne seemed majorly flustered over this and it took forever.
