This is an outstanding property on the water in Uclulet. Modern spacious rooms, hot-tubs, pool, bar and restaurant on site. We enjoyed the live music on Saturday night and walking on the artist's loop/wild pacific trail (about 12 km path along water that passes in front of hotel). We also took advantage of ev charging on site.

Nice hotel, close to beach. Room was large and had microwave and fridge. The heat/cool system was a bit complicated, but figured out how to turn the timers off, and it worked ok.

This was my second time at BlackRock as it's a beautiful resort right on the ocean. The hot tub was not as clean as I would expect for this high end resort also the hot tub hours are 10:00- 9pm and there is no "adult only hour" so it was pretty full of little ones and squishy which wasn't super enjoyable. I would also suggest check in be at 4pm as 5 pm is a bit late.
