There were a few hiccups with our reservation, but despite that, I’m giving this place five stars, because we really enjoyed our stay here. We had the king bathtub room. Loved having the kitchen and a washer and dryer, plus the location was near Place des Arts and we got to go to the nearby music festival. The sauna was also lovely. That being said, the terrace cushions were gross and smelly and the jacuzzis were closed. I have physical limitations, so I couldn’t do the rock climbing and gym, but it looked so fun. We will definitely stay here again next time we want to visit this part of Montréal.

Excellent amenities. Clean and easy access. Morning coffee and goodies appreciated. Would need windows cleaned, but otherwise excellent!

I want to preface this with saying there are a lot of great qualities about staying here. The location was great! Having a full kitchen, fridge and freezer was great! However the state of the overall hotel was misrepresented. I was looking forward to using there gym and bike but there was no bike and the gym was poorly maintained. On top of that their swimming pool was in disrepair and very gross. One night as well I wanted to ask a question at the front desk but the person there was asleep. They only tried to come and clean our room once in our 4 day stay. Overall it’s a great location, but needs a lot of work.

Overall, a very nice hotel. The room was clean and there was a full kitchen. Walking distance to Old Montreal. Complimentary breakfast was basic, but they have a good coffee/ latte machine. I would stay there again.
