I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was wonderful and accommodating, the location is great and close to yonge downtown. Would heavily recommend to stay here next time, the gym is wonderful, and it’s not far from the station!

The room was clean, good location and great breakfast. The property is getting older, as we noticed the cupboard to the fridge, the top hinge was off and in the bathroom, the flusher handle was broken but worked.

Great downtown location and easy in and out parking. This is a real plus. Also the suites are spacious and comfortable. A little dated and slightly worn, but clean and appreciate the extra room. Friendly staff too. We usually stay at Airbnb's for the extra room, but will definitely book this hotel again.

That bed… I spent Mother’s Day morning on that big floofy bed, reading a book and super cozy. What a treat! Staff was super polite, suite was retro-cool with plenty of space. We had a great stay!

Was no cold tap water so be prepared to buy bottled water. The breakfast was expensive for being so terrible. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Thats what they told me, thou someone did come on day 3. Positives, the bed is super comfortable. The size of the suite is pretty good. Pretty clean amd well kept. Fairly soundproof aside from slamming doors outside your hotel door. Hot tub is the best feature.

We love staying here it is our third time. The deli close by across the street is excellent. Short walk to restaurants, Eaton Center etc - even in the coldest weather. Also there is a way to go underground to things but I didn't use it.
