Hotel check in/out was seamless with umbrellas available to use free of charge. Room was extremely spacious and bed/pillows were very comfortable - hotel is tired in some areas but I did see the reviews prior to booking. Overall we were pleased with the location and price point.

I had a party of 4 booked a suite with multiple beds. Called 2 days ahead to ask them to prepare the sofa bed for us with extra pillows and blankets. We checked in at 8 pm, 4 hours after the official check in time. The front desk told us a service guy would come to our room to set up the sofa bed. Something they could have improved; The guests had already called to set up the sofa bed, and they still were not ready at 8 pm. All of the amenities only had 2 sets, not 4. We had to call them to give us 2 more sets and we had to wait for an hour. During that time, we had to call 3 times to the front desk to remind them. Overall, I’m very disappointed on how they serve for larger parties like ours.
