The hotel is location is great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants in Montreal city center. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. There was water interruption one night around 11pm but with enough advanced notice. Breakfast was included in my reservation but I didn’t get to go for it. Might be next time when I visit Montreal again. Would certainly stay hear again.

We did have to wait about 40 minutes to check in at 4 pm. But besides that everything was great. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Amenities were nice too. Bed was very comfortable! I’d stay there again if I were n the area!

We really liked our suite. Great if you were staying for longer than a couple of days. Great location. Close to Rogers Ctre. No kettle in room and wallpaper is peeling and vents in room are very dirty but other than that very clean, comfortable. Would stay there again.

We had an Executive King Suite, this fully suited our need of three people with separate rooms of the sofa bed and coffee bar. The room was quiet and perfect location on the floor. Staff always helpful and courteous . This hotel is perfect location to everything. I recommend this hotel for location, vicinity to great restaurants, Eaton Centre , TTC, old Toronto. Good value.

This hotel has bed bugs. In the hide a bed we found clear indications of bed bugs. The couch had blood stains and was never cleaned. This was at 1 am and front desk came up, took pictures and confirmed they had one room that was treated last month. That room was treated. Nothing else. They also told us that

We were informed with water outage a day before during stay. We had to move room and were not even able to use bathroom because of the water outage. The lady who worked during the time was super unprofessional and instead of helping, she kept passing the buck and telling me to talk to the manager tomorrow. Will never stay here again.

Hotel is dated and could use some updating. Had a king suite and the tv’s were not smart tv’s. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed as there were nuts spilled on the floor by the bed, and under the bed was in desperate need of a vacuum. All else was clean. Just old and in need of some love.
