Very budget friendly and affordable accommodations. Room was clean and staff was very good. The complimentary breakfast was amazing on the 3 morning I ate there. The husband and wife that took care of the breakfast where amazing. I would stay here again.

everything was good but the breakfast in the morning was not as good as it could be as the toasters took forever and the food was cool when we went to eat

No hot water, all our showers were luke warm. I found a baggie of rotten food between our bed and the night stand. Run down, pillows were terrible. Staff were nice though

The hotel was like it was abandoned. Dirty rooms. Strange place. Pool was not up to standards. Swimming lesson happen at the pool. I would not stay here again.

House keeping did an awful job in maintaining our room as we stayed there for 4 days in total. To make matters worse we had to keep asking for fresh towels and they accidentally threw away our bag full of our laundry and it’s yet to be found. We are requesting some kind of compensation for the lost clothes and no one has been reaching out to us over this matter. We will never stay there again.

It is an amazing property, but it is dated a bit, the carpets need a good cleaning and adjusting. And the elevators need grease or something, sounded dangerous. The internet in the entire hotel need to be upgraded to 2025, for the entire stay, we got 1.0M download and 0.3M upload, contacted the front desk and told them to reset router and was told they don’t have access to router but if you watch TV, it should work….WOW.

My room was on the first floor and was convenient to access. The room was clean , bed comfortable and lots of pillows. I had a fridge, and microwave which was handy. Check in was very efficient and quick. The hotel was very quiet as very few clients. The free breakfast was adequate but the same every day as my stay was for 4 days .There is a small pool which was nice to have. This is an older hotel and in need of a lot of updates. The hallways were not vacummed in the 4 days I stayed as had candy wrappers, smarties and dirt clumps from workers boots. The location was handy as could walk next door to Millenium Place.I also felt very safe as travelled alone. The price was fine which was a deciding factor.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The premise was clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The locaation was convenient to Sherwood Park amenities. There was lots of parking available.

Staff was polite and helpful, hotel hallways were dirty, hotels run down and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty stained and had hairs everywhere. Bathroom shower was dirty and towels were stained.

Good hotel if you just need a affordable place to stay. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Had to request more towels from front desk after night 1 as housekeeping took them and didn't replace with new ones.

Was not the best stay at a hotel. I will not be staying again. The staff were great, but the room was uncomfortable. I didn't like the I couldn't close the curtains. Thankfully I had some safety pins to pin it closed. Bring on the ground level made that very unsafe for me. The room unbelievable too hot and I ended up leaving at 2am because I just decided moving to a new room was not worth it. Also, I don't recommend staying Saturday into a Sunday on the ground level in the room 160. You will be rudely awakened by a church holding service. I wish someone would have said something because I had an awful sleep Saturday night and didn't have to be awake till 10am. The pool was fine; I had it all to myself. I didn't care for the fitness room having a window looking into the pool, but thankfully I was alone so I didn't have to worry about creeps.

Reasonably clean, friendly staff. Limited shops within walking distance but a short drive.
