Carpet was sticky and had bad smell, furniture was too old, there was no thermostat, it was cold in the room so receptionist kindly gave her a portable heater.

No temperature control in the rooms. It was boiling in the room. I complained and they moved us to a different room. Even though it was less hot it was still so hot I couldn’t sleep.
