Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The deep tub was fabulous to soak in after a long day of traveling. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast served was generously supplied. The made to order omelets were delicious!

Pro - Standard hotel room. Clean bathroom and room.
Con - Bathtub was new and very high and slippery - hard to get into to take a shower, no safety bar to grip or rubber non-slip matt. Would not work for an older person.

• sink drainage about half effective - needs angering
• bath mat edges were fraying
• with 9 deg C nighttime temperature, yet the inn’s heating was “turned off”, unannounced to incoming customer.
• phone response to heat request was to ask me to “come down to the front desk to pick up a space heater” in my pj’s.

We needed help from the lobby staff to operate the TV. May I suggest simple easy to follow instructions in each room. The air conditioning unit was very noisy but necessary as we were on the front side of the hotel on a very hot day and night.

When I turned up the thermostat, I only got only cold air blowing. I call the front desk several times and no one picked up. When I finally walked down to the front desk, they told me no one had heat in the building. They could ether set the building temp to heat or air conditioning and it was set to air…. They gave me a small block heater to warm my room.
