Need to provide newer towels

I didn't like the balcony. We weren't able to sit out and have our coffee.

Stinky room, broken exhaust fan, carpet very old torn from corners and loosened up. Towels were so bad that it smelled like 100 years old with stains. Will not stay here again.

Everything was satisfactory, but I was disappointed not to have received room service during my four-day stay. Given the hotel's rate, I expected better accommodations.

We checked in, and shortly after arriving in our room, a staff member walked in to our room inexplicably. No idea what that was about, and they abruptly left. Later that evening when we returned to the room for the night, we noticed it was quite warm (over 25 degrees) and we set the AC to 19. It sounded like the AC turned on, but it did not, and we sweat through the night. In the morning, the staff acted sternly towards us for not calling their technician - as if it’s on us for not resolving that in the middle of the night. The fact is that we shouldn’t have been in that position, and it’s insulting for our compensation to be a few bottles of Gatorade. I can’t recommend this hotel, as the AC didn’t work and the staff were rude about the situation when we spoke during checkout.

The staff were amazing. MJ went out of her way to bring us sweets in the loung and lobby when she realized we liked them. All staff we interacted with were professional and made special efforts to satisfy our needs. The bed in our room was lumpy on one side and the towels were a bit threadbare. But overall a great experience.

This hotel is probably best for a stop along the way for business, not longer stays. Rooms were subpar and housekeeping only came twice in 5 days - had to request clean towel and more coffee, etc… I added breakfast in to my package for my daughters but every time they went to have something to eat, they were met with rude staff and we were charged after the front desk said to just help yourself. It just added up and I was too tired and frustrated to care by the end of our trip. Upon checkout, the lady really did try to rectify the situation but it was sort of too late. She did cover our concession bill which was very nice.

The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is well situated, the rooms were clean, and all the amenities were there!

Our room was very well appointed and bed was so comfy. The restaurant is cozy and food was great! Stefan served us and gave us wonderful service! Marie at the front desk was most accommodating and so kind. Every detail made our visit extra special!! We loved our stay in your fair Montreal.

The unique balcony offers great views of the city and great large outdoor space. Room was an amazing size we got the king. Would stay again perfect location for using the subway.

The downtown location, staff, and services made for a very enjoyable stay

Didn’t get the balcony or high floor like requested. Pillows were way too thick and the parking elevator kept stopping

The room was very clean staff was helpful unfortunately we did not get to use the hot tub and pool but it looked very nice maybe on our next visit

Perfect for the night in mtl

Hôtel bien situé et près des centres d’attractions. Par contre l’hôtel n’a pas été rafraîchi depuis une quinzaine d’années. Même décor , même restos passés date, même menu matin, chambre non rafraîchie avec tapis ondulé avec propreté douteuse, air climatisé bruyant, et chambre très bruyante ( par les buildings à proximité). Quant au stationnement , on nage dans la poussière tant il est sale! Prenez garde si auto avec seuil très bas car les pentes dans ce stationnement sont assez prononcées pour endommager le dessous de votre voiture et il n’y a aucun avertissement à l’entrée pour prévenir. On ne pense pas retourner à cet hôtel!

Money well spent here. Left here and vacation was ruined by reservation at boutique hotel which didn’t exist in Brockville Ontario.
