Cet hotel est l'un des meilleurs ou j'ai pu séjourner. Le personnel est absolument fantastique, très serviable et professionnel.
La chambre (avec balcon et vue sur la ville) est très spacieuse, propre, moderne et garnie de toutes les commodités qu'on peut espérer. Le lit est vraiment confortable, le bureau est très bien garni et spacieux.
La salle de bain a tout ce qu'il faut, et bien adaptée à l'époque actuelle.

The staff who checked me in was very nice. She was kind and patient. Experience changed when I was picking up my bags after I checked out. The staff was dismissive and distracted. At the end, he even spoke to me in Korean, and I'm not Korean.
Room was very spacious but a bit dated. The sheets were heavily bleached and not the best quality. It is an OK place to stay for the conference which was helf there. But I'd recommend looking else where if you are on vacation.

TLDR; not worth the money but the front desk staff is 5/5.
This is one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. We paid $350 (and an additional $30 for parking) for what felt like a 2-star room.
- Overall everything in the room looked old and dusty.
- We didn’t have enough towels for 2. The towels we did have were awful quality, thin and didn’t smell fresh :/
- The blackout curtains didn’t work. I tried very hard to cover all the gaps with them but it wasn’t possible, so we were woken up by bright sunlight at 5/5:30 on a Sunday. There were also tiny holes in the curtain.
- The club lounge was the most depressing thing I’ve ever seen. The tables there were sticky, the corners were dusty, and there were half eaten apples and cookies left on plates on random places. Empty cookie jar, a bunch of old Granny Smith apples. The coffee machine didn’t work properly half the time and would do a self cleaning cycle right after making a drink.
- The sauna for men was broken
- We were at the 22nd floor but the view was mostly obstructed with other buildings
- The breakfast looked like what you would expect at a 2-star motel
I feel that if we had paid a third of what we paid, the quality would’ve been justified. But there are some many other options in that same area that are a lot cleaner and offer a higher quality experience. We’re obviously not returning to this location.

Very close to McGill University. We were there for a college tour. We were able to use the EV charger one night during the stay. It was unavailable when we first arrived, but we were able to use it later after watching the app. We would stay here again. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
