DoubleTree Fallsview Resort and Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls

Beautiful hotel.

Warm cookies on check in. Staff are great and accommodating. Property is “tired” rooms need updates, in hotel restaurant was meh.

Away from hustle and bustle

Lacked eating options.

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

Location, area around barron. Walkable to attractions. Room had a strong odor of stale air even after ozoneated?

I have no complaints. Had an amazing Fallsview room that was clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay. Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was appropriately quiet! We suggest keeping the ice machines operable and working. Also, the spots by the front door could be designated for mobility! Loved it and we keep returning!

Fantastic staff at the front desk. Warm cookie upon check in was so nice! Parking expensive. Next time I'd just park next door for a fraction of the price. Would also like to see electric charging stations for cars. Thanks!

Nice view of the falls

We stayed for a mini baby moon and the property served its purpose. Clean, good swimming and gym facilities and the staff were good at the front desk. The night security were not great. A couple Nextdoor were in a physical altercation and screaming at each other. We could over hear them fighting about money lost at the casino and it was 3am. We called security and they came but did nothing. The front desk comped our parking which was nice although not sleeping the night before departure wasn’t ideal. Luckily we didn’t have far to go. Overall a good experience and would stay again as it was a one off inconvenience and the property was apologetic in the morning.

Excellent hotel with walkable distance to The Falls!

The reception didn’t smile at all even though I was friendly. I asked just 2 simple questions and hey gave me a hard time about it was the first time there so I had no idea.
