Staff were mostly super helpful and nice, the space was quite nice with many options for common hang outs, even during the holiday period it was quiet and respectful since most of us came to ski each morning, hot tub was a great extra for sore muscles but also for socializing.

The person who checked me in late at night was superb. Went out of his way to help me with an issue I had with my phone and was quick and efficient. Also tried to help me with a pending room change.
