Good hotel, very clean and spacious room. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good with a nice selection. Great location, less than 10 min walk to Clifton Hill and close to many restaurants. Wego bus transport to all attractions right outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay at the Fairfield in Niagara Falls. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was consistently good each day of our stay. Convenient location

It was okay. The continental breakfast was basic but very fine. I wish the housekeeper would do a better job at cleaning. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel probably needs a little TLC. Overall, the stay was delightful.

Room was ok and clean. The breakfast was bad. The sausage was so over cooked it was drier than jerky. No hot tub. Disappointing. The bathrooms in the lobby are single use and have no locks on the doors! Staff was rude. Would not stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was good. There were some positive and negative.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I loved that the hotel had a terrace, I was able to take advantage of it to relax, read and enjoy some quiet time.
The hotel overall was quite clean which I really appreciated!
Having free breakfast was a plus, however. I would have love to see more food options and different variety each mornings.
The unit I stayed in was nice but there were hardly any natural light because of how small the window was and where it was located(in the corner). The doors were very loud when they closed.
Hotel location was conveniently close to everything and I felt very safe there as well.
Overall my stay was comfortable!

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Clifton Hill. The room was modern and well kept, and included a microwave and mini fridge which was a life saver because we had a toddler. Many hotels in the area are not baby-friendly. I've stayed here a few times and it is my top choice whenever i visit Niagara Falls.
