We did stayed for 8 days. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel needs updating. Continental breakfast option was limited. It would be nice if they will add different variety. We went down at 6am to get a quick breakfast. As we need to leave the hotel early for our early flight. Breakfast start at 6:30am. Staff was not considerate enough to allow us to have an early breakfast. Eventhough the food was already prepared and they are just waiting for 6:30am start.

The pool and waterslide were fun for the kids and the operating hours were good. The breakfast was well stopped. The area kept clean and the food was tasty. But it is hard to focus on the good things, after a night of only sleeping for two or three hours.
The bed in the room was awful. I have never slept in a hotel with such an uncomfortable mattress. It sagged in the middle making it impossible for 2 people to sleep in it comfortably. And it was so noisy the bed frame creaked every time we moved. We complained to the front desk staff, and they were very apologetic, and gave us some Marriott points, but I doubt that we will ever use them because we never book directly through the website. It is surprising that such a well-known chain would rent out a room with a bed in such bad condition, very disappointing.

Room was comfortable but breakfast was another matter. Have stayed in Marriott many times before but the breakfast experience here was not good. The attendant was very attentive with food low and cold. The garbage bin was so full couldn’t get more in. Won’t stay at this hotel again.

Items were stolen from my room. I reported it to management and they did nothing. Such a violation!!!
I stayed there three days and had to beg them to clean the room on the third day!!! I had to take the trash out myself. Then they only made the bed. The hair on the bathroom floor and dirt from the first day I arrived is still there!!!!!

Hotel lacked attention to detail that many other "by Marriott " hotels do.
Pool slide was not available, pool had clumps of hair floating in it and the whilpool spa looked sludgy.
We are sure our room had the carpets cleaned that day as floor was damp to the touch and had a cleaning smell with some obnoxious floral scent. We only had 3 towels, and one ended having dried blood on it. Our room only had 2 kleenex shoved in the kleenex cover as there was no box...either previous people took it and dis that, but no one checked that there was even kleenex in the room.
Room was a bit dark and dreary, wasn't our favorite stay anywhere.
Best part was the breakfast supplied, it was average, sausages were not appealing looking... could use at least a minute more cooking.
Staff were kind enough, we didn't complain at the time.
