Showers are little short for taller persons

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Toronto Brampton. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything I needed. What really stood out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their professionalism made me feel appreciated from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Brampton area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice and soft beds. Slept good

The room was a good size for 5 travellers. We appreciated the pull out couch for our fifth family member. The kids and teens really enjoyed the waterslide for hours each day. It was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. The room was clean and staff brought clean towels and even made our beds for us during the day. The breakfast had a decent selection of food. The only issue we had was the air conditioning in our room was very cold. We mentioned this to the hotel staff on our first evening there but when we returned to our room it was still frigid. Some people might appreciate this in 31 degree heat outside but for us it was frigid.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.

Great place for short stay

Business trip to the area: nice place with clean rooms and modern hotel - wonderful staff. Great price. Free breakfast was included and the selection of food excellent.

When they advertise room with "sleeps 4", that include "double sofa-bed", we expected at least the sofa-bed has similar bed, pillows, bed sheet and blanket. When we reached room, there was only sofa-bed, and needed to ask everything. We booked room for 4 people, they only leave 2 towels, and 1 coffee in the room. After room service, no coffee at all, no cups. They provided very cheap blanket and bed sheets not comparable to the other bed at all. Staff seems not helpful, even when asked if you can provide complimentary water bottles when we arrived at night, they said only available for purchase. This is the first Fairfield Inn (out of 50+ in so many other locations) where they were so rude and everything seems mismanaged, including gym. In breakfast, they show "100 % Florida orange juice" but you get cheap "Sunney D" or some sort that smells terrible. Basic breakfast, quality is poor.

It was kind of out by itself without any restaurants around it. They have a water slide but was told they only open it on weekends. The staff was very helpful.

Staff were lovely when we checked in. Everything was clean and my kids really enjoyed playing in the pool.
