Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and bar. All of the staff that work at this hotel are exceptional. I hope someday we can get back to the Fairmont Pacific Rim!

Exceptional view of the Bay. Housekeeping provided excellent attention to detail in every corner of my room. Dining options were four diamond or five star. Lively night crowd in the Lobby Lounge, yet room was serene and quiet.

I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! From the complimentary car service to the excellent poolside service, I just loved everything about this place. I can't wait to go back!
