We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel completely at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. High-tech hotel room utilizes integrated smart devices, connectivity, and automation to enhance guest convenience and comfort. Amazing restaurants within the hotel. Housekeeping cleaned our room, but left the door open when they left. Luckily, nothing was missing.
We ordered a drink at the rooftop bar, but when the sun went down we took the drink to the lobby bar. We were told that "outside" drinks were not allowed. When I indicated that the drink was a hotel beverage, the hostess didn't seem to care. Considering it's a $25 cocktail, she refused to have it sent to our room. POOR service in my opinion

But Something for everyone.

I understand even though we arrived early from the cruise ship, check in was not until 3PM. However, it is very disappointing to not even get checked into the room until almost 5PM. I had to ask for a room credit for meals and was granted $150. I should not have needed to ask when my room was 2 hours late.
Aside from that, the room service was prompt and staff was friendly.

My favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. And I've stayed at most of them so that's definitely saying something. The customer service is unparalleled. Their newly renovated gym is exquisite. Location is the best. It may seem pricey but 1000% worth the money. I cannot recommend it enough.
