Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser und die Berge waren phantastisch. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit . Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Pacifik Rim sehr gut gefallen.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vancouver! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants with great service and food The pool was a little bit small but lots of seating and the bar menu was bigger than I expected. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was amazing included a Bose speaker built into the wall. Really nice features and amenities good location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay

Stunning views. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff, the location, all of it.

I’m sure the amenities were amazing yet, we did not use any therefore neutral rating. The only recommendation that I could offer is that they need to change the lightbulbs out in the washrooms in the guest rooms as it’s not enough light for a woman to put on makeup or a man to shave with any precision.

Absolutely stunning property with very attentive staff. Looks better than the pictures, and is in a very central part of town with a ton of restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel completely at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. High-tech hotel room utilizes integrated smart devices, connectivity, and automation to enhance guest convenience and comfort. Amazing restaurants within the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Worth getting a room with a view since there are no other spots in the hotel with a view.

Housekeeping cleaned our room, but left the door open when they left. Luckily, nothing was missing. We ordered a drink at the rooftop bar, but when the sun went down we took the drink to the lobby bar. We were told that "outside" drinks were not allowed. When I indicated that the drink was a hotel beverage, the hostess didn't seem to care. Considering it's a $25 cocktail, she refused to have it sent to our room. POOR service in my opinion

Impeccably clean room,towels,linens, wow. Very friendly staff. Helpful. Breakfast delicious. Bars amassing. Bar Food wow. Dinner on second floor delicious. Cafe close early. Bar opens late. But Something for everyone. Will visit again. Location is great. Walking distance to everywhere. Timmies and Starbucks around the corner literally. Over all 20 out of 10!!!!

Additional comments: I understand even though we arrived early from the cruise ship, check in was not until 3PM. However, it is very disappointing to not even get checked into the room until almost 5PM. I had to ask for a room credit for meals and was granted $150. I should not have needed to ask when my room was 2 hours late. Aside from that, the room service was prompt and staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel with water views. It's very convenient for many sights in the city. Hotel staff is exemplary. Very clean, quiet and luxurious hotel.

A great place to stay especially if you are going on a cruise. The amenities are good. The gym was large. They have a newly renovated spa. All the toiletries were nice. Sushi was good and a nice place to sit and people watch.

Upgraded on arrival. Fantastic staff. Room incredible. In-room breakfast tasty. Cannot fault my stay.
