Staff was great. We left a jacket behind and we had to call them once we realized it was missing. They were awesome and helped but really wish they called us before we realized 48 hours later.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast that was included was terrible food. The only edible option was the packaged yogurt. The eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, French toast etc were inedible. The furniture in the restaurant was very old and worn out.

Probably the nicest hotel in grande prairie. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Would love if there was a breakfast included though!
