Gold Circle Inn

The staff where excellent. Breakfast was decent for hotel breakfasts. Front landscaping needs redoing. Bathtub needs refinishing. Hotel was nice and quiet so we got good rest.

Room was not as advertised, service not as good as 2 years ago, lamps where there is mo electrical outlet, lack of reasonable furnishings

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The pillows were old and lumpy terrible. The linens were terrible towels were so old you would see through them. The faucets were dripping all the time.

This property seems to have been totally remodeled. The rooms were fresh and very nicely furnished. The staff were very helpful. It was quiet for the 2 nights that i was there.

Great place to stay. Room was great. Staff were friendly and courteous.

In today's world, with the focus on customer satisfaction, the worse thing that can happen is to be surprised as a customer. There was a complete lack of transparency regarding pricing. We were surprised to learn that the room we selected did NOT have two double beds. It had a double and a twin. This was explained away as an "Expedia" issue. Further, we entered the number of guests (5) - Parents, 2 teenagers, a child. We had to pay a surcharge for our 5th guest. Again, explained away as an "Expedia" issue. We completed all of the Expedia forms online. Somehow the hotel's inability to capture these details lead to both a disappointing sleeping experience (why you stay at a hotel) and increased costs. The "Manager" could do nothing but ensure we paid these increased costs. NEVER stay here again.

Nice and clean, handy location, lovely staff

Staff was extremely rude, trying to make up policies on the spot such as "no guest visitors before 9am" only to back track when i ask to see their hotel policies. Damage deposit seems to be $200. Unless you get the desk worker who may as well be Eva Braun reincarnated, she charges $300 if you check in between 10pm and 1030pm. I understand why they only had 3 vehicles in the parking lot the entire time. Absolutely terrible staff to have in the hospitality industry.

Unfortunately they were experiencing plumbing problems when we were there

The staff was extremely rude and hassling towards friends and family i was visiting in town whenever they would come by to say visit.

I will Not book here again. Rooms weren’t cleaned. We told front desk but ended up getting our own towels and garbage bags. When I checked out and told the front desk about it they said our room was checked off for being cleaned or we had our do not disturb on. That sign was never hung out. The breakfast is barely edible. Very disappointed in this hotel. They need to do better.

Thought I would try this instead of the usual ones that I stay and was quite surprised and will continue to stay here.
