Great place

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Very neat and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and timely with spaced out restaurant with enough food, drinks and space for everyone.

Hello all in all it was good.A few concerns: My review starts with outside grounds LOL Upon arriving, (bonus)I was lucky to get a disabled parking spot (because I was with my mother 85 yrs.old as one passenger) and my daughter . I'm really too observant... but first thing I noticed were the large planters at the entrance with dead plants @this time of ?year?Sad more sad because the reason I was there was to celebrate my daughter's grad from Trent.Checking in was not good.I was tired from a 5 hrs drive from Sudbury .Waited 10 min. Only one worker behind "@ too high of a counter" for me ( 5.7) and others as I later observed . Phones were ringing ➕️ ➕️ Then my card visa /debit card did not go through so had to go get my mother for her card ,by the time we returned inside the worker had started checking in an older couple (I was getting frustrated at this point already) ,a older couple whom should of been sitting on chairs at a desk to check in ..the man could barely stand ..he had a hard time reaching the machine to pay with card. Room was clean average ,noticed headboard not clean.Could see greasy finger marks and other soiled spots on both headboards /gross!Bedspreads did not look nor smell freshly clean. I had gone last summer and did not have any complaints. It really is a safe environment and that is another reason why I have returned . Went to casino (my mother and I only ) but were never offered anything from hotel! Sincerely Sylvie Moreau

Breakfast was poor, several years ago the breakfast was great now so so.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff spoke great English and were very friendly.This is very unusual these days as most Canadian hospitality workers are from India and are not very friendly

Very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast is good and room is clean overall.

The room was clean and quiet. Not much to do in the evening if you aren’t into casinos. Otherwise, great hotel.

Great and clean hotel. Parking was full, so i had to park further at the casino. But i still recommend.

Great place to stay

Room was immaculate, hotel was quiet EVEN with a few hockey teams staying on the property. Wouldn’t even know they were there. Breakfast was good and lots of parking.

Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel for this trip. There is a Tim Hortons conveniently located beside the hotel for breakfast.

Not sure why this hotel is 2.5 stars. It has a great location, execellent staff and amenities. The hotel is newish, so the rooms are in great shape. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Free parking. What more could you want? The only downside was it was a little pricey and quite often you need to book 2 nights. This is not exclusive of this hotel. Many of them have this policy. We booked early enough in advance that we didnt have to book 2 nights. We requested a room close to elevator for my elderly mother and we were accomnodated, so that was nice. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful! It seems like a lot of sports teams stay here and they are ready for them. Really appreciated the service from the whole team. Seems like as winter recedes there's a lot of cigarette debris all around the property, a shame guests can't dispose of them properly, my small puppy staying with me managed to try to eat about 20 of them.

None of the oulets for chargers worked. There was only warm coffee at breakfast once, then it sat empty. The heated pool was cold. but staff was great.

Everything was clean two things would of made it better a couple water bottles and maybe pop in room and heat for the pool

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
