I booked this hotel and the add was misleading, as they showed a pool. We purposely booked a hotel room on the ground floor to enjoy the pool and amenities. Upon arrival, we quickly learned the pool/spa and fitness room were all under construction. If I knew this or was informed, I would have bookes a hotel elsewhere. We also did not have soap or hygiene products in our room, and it appeared that furniture was falling apart. This was the worst experience I have had at a Holliday inn, unfortunately.

I made three calls asking for my invoice to be sent by email, and after being hung up by front desk on the second call, was promised that my invoice was sent on third, but an hour later - and three hours since initial promise, invoice still hasn't been received. That is a new and disappointing experience for me, a frequent global traveler.

Expedia showed the room with kitchen and swimming pool available in the hotel. The hotel checkin was disaster as the hotel conveyed that pool is closed due to renovation and none of the hotel room has kitchen facility. Would not have used this selection had Expedia didn’t show false listing. Disappointing stay for kids.

This location is under construction and is nothing like the pictures. The pool was closed and the rooms were extremely dated.

Casino was a bonus

Nice hotel next to Match restaurant and the casino. Friendly staff, nice room and breakfast, some rooms being refurbished but didn't affect my stay.

Under construction/renovations for a year, desperately needed as the place is "run down". Staff were AMAZING!! But room and halfway are dated and well worn

The property is under renovation, however current state is not per standard or rating. I had to change my room because of a musty smell, likely due to construction. Corridors and elevators were dirty. Furniture was dated. Wallpapers were peeling off and bath fan was crazy loud. Current room condition is below average to poor, and not worth the $200 per night paid. Felt like a cheap motel. Thankfully the bedding and sheets are clean and sleepable. The location is the only convinient thing. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly. I would not return or recommend, until the renovation is complete and throughly reviewed by IHG or expedia.

Amazing front desk and breakfast staff at this hotel. They actually had a table for celiac /gluten free options with dedicated toaster for the included breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel for celiacs. The hotel itself and rooms are a bit out-dated and run down and shabby. There appeared to be significant repairs or renovations going on. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was okay except on going hot water issues. I had hot water for 1 of 5 night there. One evening there was actually no water. Staff was excellent and friendly
