Friendly and quick check in. Nice, clean room, spacious. Outdoor pool was nice with lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Didn’t utilize the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub only because we didn’t have time. Breakfast was good and quick. A great stay!

Hotel staff were very friendly and receptive to feedback such as indicating on weekends and busy season that you can go through the pay booth line next door to access the hotel parking lot which was blocked off
They even had staff Pilon off parking spaces to saved for guests on busy days
The pizza at the restaurant had very little flavour, needed salt or something.
Too bad the indoor pool wasn’t a little warmer because with it so humid inside and warm even in hotel hallways the pool was often too cold to get into.
Hot tub was nice.
The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly: “you come back you get 5th floor. I take care of you.”
There was no creamer of coffee mate for the coffee but it was nice to have the option with the keurig cups in our suite.
We like our room cool and after we leave it’s warm again by the time we get back. My mom couldn’t very well sit next to the AC while it’s on blowing cold air on her as the chair is right next to it.

Great hotel close and walkable to many places in Niagara. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and liked the on-site parking and breakfast included.

I was first assigned to a room next to the elevator on ground floor. It totally blew my mine. I reserved a room with a balcony and it never expected it was like that. But fortunately, after we expressed our disappointment to the staff, we were able to reassigned to another room on the 3rd floor. Overall, I think the property is too old.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. We were in town for the Avril Lavigne concert on June 4, 2025. The location was right across from the venue (OLG Stage) about a 30 second walk and there were restaurants/shops within walking distance.
The check-in process was smooth and the concierge was pleasant to talk to. He provided us with all the information we needed for pool access in case we wanted to make use of it during our stay.
Only downsides were that the showers could use an upgrade (although hot water and pressure were excellent), elevators were slow during check-in hour (3 PM - wait), beverage vending machines were taped off and mini-fridge took a long time to get cold.
Otherwise - all that we needed for a 1 night stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again for a quick trip based on our needs.

Room was clean but there was a lot of noise even around 2 am. Parking was a bit ackward and behind hotel. Worst was the breakfast starting at 8 am. We could not take breakfast as we had to be somewhere before 8 am. Notmally breakfast starts early around 6 am or 7 am.

It was in a great spot. Hotel not so clean but has all the accommodations and is right near the falls. Staff and very friendly and helpful too. Just the overall property is not that clean and not new at all.
